sustanon too much

hey guys i have been taking sustanon for a year now without stop of course i am not taking it with the same amount some weeks 500 mg and other 250mg and other i don't and ii use deca allso like this i made gains of course but is there any side effects in this ? i mean i never used a post cycle because i don't finish

why have you varied the dose ? When and why do you decide to throw the Deca in ? This is kind of a weird thing to do but 40lbs is a sh!t load of gains. Whats your Body Fat %

Bro a year is a long time to be on unless you know what you are doing. Have you had blood tests done to check your Cholesterol, Red Blood Cells, Lipid profiles etc. If I was you I would seriously consider comming off for a while and doing PCT. How old are you ? Aslo, varying the doses is more likely to cause side effects than avoid them

Bro you are 21 and you have been on Sust for a year non stop ? That is fvcking insane. You need to get off ASAP and do proper PCT otherwise you could be looking at serious consequences in the future. Do you know what PCT is ? If not we can show you

Nothing !!!! Thats the whole idea of doing PCT, to come off the gear and let your natural system restart for a while, the common rule is time on = time off but basically you come off untill your natural test levels are back to normal. If you do PCT properly with the right diet and reducing your workout regime you should keep most of your gains.
