    strength gains with susta

    I am taking 500mg/week sust 2 shots/week. I am into the middle of my second week and havent really seen any noticiable strength gains. When have you guys started to see strength gains and how much strength was gained?

    It takes atleast 3-5 weeks before to see results it took me till week 5.
