    Steriods and Andro/Prohormones?

    Would I be wasting my money if I take 1-AD and other Prohormone supplements with the steriods ? Or do you think it would help the gains with the steroids .

    Prohormones are ineffective, most slightly raise your test levels for a brief time (not gonna help) but substantially raise estrogen levels. Plus in the US they are illegal.
