I am yet to start using anything anabolic , however i am currently bulking, however within the last month or so i have gained quite a large amount of fat around my lower chest and it is beginning to bother me. I have minumal cardio in my wokout, and i was considering doing 20 min of cardio prior to each workout in an effort to reduce this problem and still coninue to bulk as much as possible. I have also been on an ECA stack for the last month. heres what i looked like 2 months ago
