PL Gear
I am on the same gear on Captain_test. This is my frist cycle i am going on my 3rd week on friday. i am 215 at 5'7 and 36inch waist this is what it consist of.
Test250cyp 375mg a week
deca300 450mg a week
masteron100 125mg every other day.
I am thinking of bumping the masteron up 200mg every other day. i have not seen anything different yet maybe strength but idunno. I am more awake and alert then usuall. do i need to do more or am i at a good start for my frist cycle.
my diet consist of 3 regular meals a day and 3 protine shakes a day 300grams carb and 300 gr of protine im on noexplode aswell my cals are around 1500 a day should i bump that up.
My workout consist of
one muscle group a day.
mon-chest and abs
tues-back and cardio
wed-legs and shoulder and abs
thurs-arms and forarms and cardio
friday sat and sun i am off some fridays i might hit somthing that i dident feel that i hit that hard agian.
4 sets of 8 reps 3 times i use a hevy enough wieght that i can get it up the frist two times ok the third time i need a spot.
