    Hey gys I am new here, I have really been thiniking about juicing lately. I just want to be smart about it... I am not skinny nd not huge but I want to be a smooth oiled up machine... I want to look around and make sure I have enough info tto make a smart decision. I may have questions along the way so I'd appreciate any help Thanks alot...
