Do you take Nova while your on your cycle everyday or just if you notice signs of changes?? If so what dose a day.

Nolva throughout the cycle will hinder your gains, however if you know that you are prone to gyno i would use it or arimidex during your cycle...if your not prone i would start nolva at first signs ...

first signs include some puffiness, itchiness or very tender nips. i agree with demented too. ive seen it written that nolva will hinder your gains but ive also seen where bros have said it didnt. i would go with liquidex or arimidex also, if you can get it. proviron is also an anti estrogen. so thats another option.
