I'm not worried about getting tired of it, I can change it up a little. This is just what I had in my mind as what I was plan on eating and wanted to get some feedback on what everyone thinks.

thats roughly only 200 g of protein unless you only weigh 100 pounds it isnt enough, and you should maybe add another shake for pwo and make your fish and brown rice ppwo, and yes you need fats and carbs still

With that diet you will lose bodyfat, but you won't gain much muscle. If you are looking to bulk up, you will have to take in a lot more calories than that.

Throw some lean red meat in there e3d. Top Round, london broil is good. Construct a chicken coop in the back yard.
Yeah, what everybody is telling you. You need to eat at least your body weight (lbs) in grams of protein to sustain muscle. More to build. Worry about the quality of carbs your taking in and less about overall cals. Fat from the right sources is good so don't get caught up in that. Stay away from all simple sugars. Don't get abducted by a UFO.Last edited by Seattle Junk; 09-13-2005 at 05:34 PM.
