deca dosage ?

quick question: this is my 2nd deca cycle...on my first one i started at around 50 mg/wk and went up to 150mg/wk.
where should i start now doing deca again? 100 mg ? or start out low again? thanks so much.
oh and one more i used to split up the dose once i hit 100 mg into two inj/wk each 50mg. can i do just one shot/wk?

oops... keep the doses low, deca is good for women due to its low androgen activity.
