im taking something called hydroclorithiazide and it is diureitic but also used for blood pressure as well i feel hardeer i am watching my diet and doing cardio is that the reason or is it because of the diuretic help .

Hydrochlorothiazide is a powerful diuretic...im sure the fact that you feel harder is a combo of the diet, cardio, and the diuretic
