anti-progesterone??
I have been trying to search out something to take that will work as an anti progesterone. I am planning on using NPP (amoung other things) in my next cycle and wanted to know what is used for progestins.
I have read that ppl take B6, but I have been doing some of my own research and have not found anything to suppored that B6 is that effective.
I have also seen ppl use letro...but again through research have found that it mainly acts as an anit estrogen and has some effect on lowering progesterone.
Can anyone recommend something that is entirely effective?

There is clinical data and anecdoctal evidence that B6 lowers PROLACTIN (not progesterone). But some guys don't have any luck with B6. Those guys need to use Bromo or Dostinex to lower prolactin.
Lowering estradiol with an AI such as letro is often a solution since gyno can only develop in the prescence of estrogen. Just how much estrogen is up to debate. I prefer to attack it from both the estrogen and the prolactin side.

Thanks pinnacle for mentioning the additional info.
RoidGut: B6 is the easiest thing in the world to get of course, but bromo and dostinex unfortunately aren't readily available from research companies.

If your after an anti-progesterone then letro will suffice. But look out for prolactin sides while on NPP,and for that you will need bromo or dostinex

Letrozole reduces both estrogen and progesterone.
