    Never used it, but Dbol is hepatoxic (Liver-Toxic), thus safeguards should be taken. Obviously, Milk Thistle is a good option.

    I'm not on D'bol, but other supplements, and yes, I use Milk Thistle. Good idea when using orals to detoxify the liver!

    I use liv-52 or liv-a-tox. IMO better than just milk thistle.

    actually, positive studies have been done with R-LA...haven't seen any with ala and the liver...rla and SAMe have been shown to be more effective for hepatotoxicity, and have even been shown to reverse liver disease...milk thistle is good too, just not as effective...honestly, it's all i take, and my bloodwork, done monthly, always turns out fine, and i even take methotrexate for RA which is EXTREMELY hepatotoxic...

    IMO, i take liver supps year round, and just bump the doses when on cycle...if i were using high amounts of orals, i would definitely opt for the rla and SAMe...

    I take milk thistle after takin the orals of 4 weeks. That way you get the full effect of dbol .
