    Beginner Injection Cycle

    I just got my hands on my first injection cycle. Its sustinol, I was wondering on the times of day to do the injection, like which time is the best. I work out at about 3 p.m. everyday I try not to work out at different times. Please help me. Thanks

    Sustenon sorry i tuped it wrong, i wanna know the best time of day to do the injection considerin i work 6-2 and work out about 3 p.m. everyday is there an answer please help

    the best time to do shots at your age, will be in several more years after training naturally for a while
