5 weeks in on my test e / d-bol cykle i have started to notice some lumps in my arm pit, almost like pimples, what is this?

Aint acne supose to appear mostly in your back? In the arm pit, haven´t heard of it.

I have done several cycles and the only place I would get a big ass pimple was around my armpit, I lanced it myself... I think a mod had just done it the same night I did and we talked about it on this site. Anyway, my last cycle is the only cycle I got bad acne and it was around week 8-10 and took weeks to go away... Was taking a gram of test and 680mg of tren per week. Have a doctor look at it if you do not want to lance that badboy yourself... Use one of your pins, poke, squeeze, put in again and move around a bit, pull of some off the skin right above it, squeeze again. Then clean with peroxide. Let air dry.

Could very likely be pimples, you have hair follicles there so you can get pimples there. But it could also be swollen lymph nodes, which would not necessarily be a good thing. If it feels like it is on the surface of the skin, or part of the skin, prolly pimple, but if it feels like something deeper pokin out I would check with the Doc.
