for the skinny guys
I've noticed that alot of the new guys coming on here don't want to work out natural before they start using gear.. they wanna go to the gym for like 3 months then start using steroids . Most of them are tall and skinny, and just think they can't put on any size... I know that this isn't a steroid question and maybe it doesn't belong in this forum but i'm trying to convince some of the skinnyer guys to work for it before you starts using, it can be done...
(this is my first time trying to post pictures hopefully it came out right)
anyway the first picture is me about a year ago and the second picture is me right before a cycle still natural (i even started cycling to early in my opinon.)
anyways i know i'm not huge but i just wanna show that it can be done... all i did was workout hard and eat right... If i can do it anyone can.

i'm about 5'10... in the first picture i guess i'm like 145 maybe.. and the second one i'm closer to 170

thats not bad man.. I have been training 11 years naturally...finally starting my first cycle right now. Although my body is a meso and everytime i goto the doc..he still thinks im taking roids. lol i was 5'9 214 9% bf. 8 pack blah blah..etc. but ya lol it can be done.. I did it for a long time im 25 this month..so its time to treat myself..my goal is 250. When I started working out i was 130. I got up to 241 naturally..in college at 21 years old..those days where the best..ate all DAY long...and trained 6 days a week.
i blew up. ...now im finally doing my first cycle..and I plan on being 250 in good time. Nice job either way...you definitely need to build a natty base befor eroiding....lol thats why u see these workout noobs....getting fat and shit later..no REAL base.

props to you natural trainers.. Sad to say but i train so much harder on the juice than off. i cant imagine trainign 11 yrs naturally. big time props bro.

u look good man...i was a smalll kid HS i was a stand out long distance runner i was 5'6 121...i went up to 170 naturally..it can be done guys

and i started using for the stupidest reasons too... u can see in that second picture that my bi's arent that big.. and i mean i blast bis, my friend is a personal trainer so he helps me with them but for some reason i just can't get them to grow.. and thats the main reason i started cause i got sick of how my bi's weren't getting bigger and i wanted that big cut arm look

well i started gear when i was 15 with 135 lbs 5.10" i was like wtf i went from 165 in one year ...keeped i got part of my gains did a year off gear and back i went again i'm at 187 6.2" 22 years old between know and sumer i want to be around 205-210 to fight in 200 plus weight division in k-boxing .

ive been reading this site for over 3 years, and finally decided i have enough background and education to start. Plus I feel my genetics are simply maxed out.
so im happy with my choice.

you know what apart from industrial ing. i'm a phlebotomist ....i wish every body would work out it would make my job some much more simple .....i get this ladies that wiegh about 400+ and it's hell to find vein .

im doing every 3.5 days..its like the same thing. hehe. well i try 3.5 days..but that .5 is hard to make out......so its like 4 days.

deca 300 mg a week for 16 and dbol 30 mg ed for 4 weeks ..........thats basicly my plan .i really want to be able to keep at least 13 punds of what i gain after the cycle ....so i got my pct stuff bought and stocked to go

first thing is...your regimen is off
you need to make sure you run TEST atleast 1 week longer than deca .
deca dick..yum yum
anyways LOL...run test 14 weeks and run deca 12. if you are planning on running something longer. than the 12-10 week schedule.
but either way..TEST MUST be longer than deca.

hahah LOL its going over everything haha..
18 weeks is a LONG cycle unless your cycle history is fairly mature.
I would do TEST 14 and deca 12 for you.
if you have not done my protocol stated above...12 week test and 10 deca..I would do that. Longer doesnt mean better. You might just get more side affects rather than quality muscle gains.
the most important parts of cycle are nutrition and pct in my opinion.

LOL skinny guys.should build a base before doing anything. You need to realistically MAX out your genetics. that takes a while. sometimes age 23-25..just depends. hehe. but once again..thats my morals. not most people.

I was actually ecto..but meso now. through college was the growing years.
i used to literally get 7500-9000 cal a day. unlimited food plan ($2000 semester)at my university and weight gainer..(which I dont use now lol ...most of weight gainer is sugar and shit) but massive gains in general

i got the muscle base but i want to be in the 200+ weight range i been running deca and dbol for a good time but just to get a good fiber content......done some winny too rip but never test i was always lead to believe test is for people that are already bold and dont give f@#k.....know i know better
