    Sust250 and 50mg winni tabs

    What do you guys think of this cycle

    week 1-3 sust250
    week 4-5 sust500
    week 6-8 sust 250

    last 4 weeks winni 50mg a day

    gallon and half of water a day, lift heavy 5 days a week.
