alot of guys choose not to run nolva during their cycle. they keep it on hand in case of gyno symptoms..

I don't think you will notice a difference unless you start getting gyno due to the lack of nolvadex . : )

mark so your saying if I drop it it wouldnt HELP my gains. ???? so its the same gains on and off it during cycle?
can anyone explain this or argue against it?

if you took to much nolva, you would hinder gains, as estrogen is needed in the body,
but 10mg ED wont do sh*t to stop you gainin bro

This question is asked at least once a day.
Nolvadex is known to lower IGF levels but not nearly enough to worry if it will effect your total gains. If your not gaining on a cycle don't look towards nolvadex as the culprit look more towards your diet, training and resting.
