what vitamins are very helpful while on juice
im currenty taking b-12 and nitrix. im thinking bout adding in fish oil and flax seed oil. can u guys give me some advice on what vitamins actually help ur muscle growth while on aas im currently doing t400/deca i cc of each a week. thanks guys

I take a multi vitamin and eccenachea so i dont get sick, I take milk thistle to protect my liver, and cranberry extract to flush out my kidneys, hope this helps

Multivitamin and fish oil is good regardless of the cycle.

I like to take Glucosamine, Chondroitan and MSM as well to help with my joints...though you might not need it w/Deca , since it lubes up your joints anyways.

I take AST Multi Pro 32X....works awsome for me....and i also like fish oils and glucosamine chondritin for my joints

Throw in the Omega3s (fish oill) for sure. Like Johan said: B complex, C and E. My daily vit barage:
B complex, C, E, Omega 3, aspirin, niacin.

hold on lol how much fish oil should some one take and what kind i always see like 3 or 4 different kinds some say conentrated some say 100 and i cant remember the rest whats the difference and how much should one take

Vitamins dont help muscles grow, they keep you out of deficiency so they can grow. On or off cycle you should be eating/supplementing all the vitamins bro.

I usually take milk thistle, a multi vitamin, a biotin potent pill for hair, hawthorn berry extract, l-carnitine, and l-glutamine(if cuttin)....
