GYNO..lumps?

Just a quick ? When gyno starts to develope, is it a lump in the actual nip or is it behind it? I can feel multiple lumps way back behind both my nips. No swelling or itching, i'v only been on my cycle for 2 wks, and im running nolva so i don't know what the fuk these lumps are. Any info would be greatly appriciated. Thanks bros.

there are normal glands behind ur nipples not to be confused with gyno. I always used to worry about those glands and feel them and wonder if they were gyno untill i felt my friends gyno lump if you push straight in on ur nipple with one finger it will just feel soft but if theres a gyno lump trust me ull feel it

Im running 500mg Test E/week and 400mg Deca /week. 20mg Nolva/Day
