D-Bol and Test together?
I'm a beginner and If I want to use Test and D-bol together, what would be the best way to cycle each?

agreed- diet, training, and rest are key to seeing the results you want and getting the most out of a cycle.

i did a dbol sus cycle, dbol 25mb ed 4 weeks, sus 500mg week, got huge, but tough gains to hold on to

I'm 27, 5'10" 185 lbs, about 20-25% body fat(based on last time I checked).
I train five days a week doin chest and light triceps on mondays, back and biceps on tuesdays, off wednesday, shoulders and triceps on thursdays, and legs either friday or saturday depending on my schedule. I've worked out this way on and off for several years but have been back on this training schedule strict for about 3 months now. I'd like to add some mass without putting on too much fat. I've also kept a pretty clean diet now for about two months, lots of protein, watching carbs (none after 8 pm).

Well, for one you have little muscle weight. 20%+ bodyfat at only 185 lbs? That cycle is only going to increase your bodyfat too.

Keep in mind; steroids do not make you grow. They can help you recover from intense workouts by increasing your recovery abilities providing your diet, training and rest are all as good as possible. If your diet, training and rest are lacking, steroids will not be effective.
Bulking cycles:
First cycle:
Weeks 1-12 Test E or C @ 500mg EW
Second cycle:
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Test E or C @ 500mg EW
Third cycle:
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg ED
Weeks 1-14 Test E or C @ 500mg EW
Weeks 1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW

So what is a good weight and/or bodyfat % to be at before I start using?
