PCT starting..can I shred fat?
Like I said I would like to know can I start to lose fat now or will it cause me to lose muscle more than I otherwise would. I was planning to add more cardio and drop carbs a lil bit. Not a major drop in calories but a notable one, that + increased cardio + clen should make me shed some fat.. the question is will I lose some muscle too..

Just lower the carbs slowly,nothing drastic.Adding clen will help you keep muscle and loose fat.If you feel you need a boost the try some creatine i think its great during pct,just gives you that bit of help you sometimes need.

i would wait untill your test levels are back up. clen helps to stave of catabolisme but your gonna need the calories too.

ok thx.. so the general consensus seems to be to atleast keep the cals at a pretty high level..

i wouldnt do any cardio till pct is over, you will be in a very catabolic state with very high cortisol levels, cardio will make you loose muscle in pct - keep calories higher, and use the clen too
decrease the carbs and calories SLOWLY when PCT is completely over and you know that you have recovered
