    Needle question

    Bout to start test 500/wk and deca 300/wk cycle. I will be shooting twice a week and alternating between quads and glutes. I was wondering what size needle i should use for each site, also how many shots per week should i put in each site. and finally are AR's needles ok, why does it say 3 cc/ml. Would i need 3 shots for just one ml. I know, lots of questions, sorry. Any help would be appreciated.

    You can mix test and deca in the same syringe. You could bump the deca up to 400mg.
    Shoot Monday morning, thursday night
    glutes: 23g 1 1/2 inch
    quads: 25g 1 inch
    1cc=1ml

    1ml = 1cc

    23g-25g 1.5" for glutes

    25g 1" for everything else

    Ok first thing, dont just alternate between quads and glutes, add in some other muscles as well, thats my advice. and 3cc means the syringe holds 3cc's of liquid. You should try between 22 and 25 gauge. 1.5 inch should be fine for both quads and glutes if you wanna just stick to those.

    vial will say how many mg, 300mg = 1ml, seen anywhere from 200mg-400mg per ml on test e.
    i hit quads, pecs, delts and tris with 1" 25ga. 3ml for quads and pecs, 2ml for dlets and tris.

    Thanks guys appreciate the help. Just to verfiy: 23g 1.5" for glutes, 25 1.0" for all else. And ARR's syringes hold 3 cc's

    ARR sell 1cc 3cc 5cc 10cc & 20cc syringes. this info is provided in the item descripitons
