    ??Water retention??

    Hey guys I've been considering running Test e and D-bol for my next cycle. I'm 5'8 about 185lbs and 12% body fat.I'm looking to gain but I'm concerned about water retention. Is Nolvadex or Proviron more effective? I've read up on it and I learned a lot of great facts on both but I'd like to hear your personal testimonies of it.

    With dbol /test e I'd definately recommend nolva @ 10mg ED & a-dex @ .25mg ED.

    Drink a lot of water and watch your sodium intake.
