How Do U take your d-Ball ? (Mods, Vets & Experts)
I was wondering whats the best way to take D-ball ?
I figure that since it has a half life of 3-4 hours, U should split your doses every 3-4 hours to maintain a steady blood/anabolic level in the body.
For example: Currently I'm taking 40 mg per day for 4 weeks...
I split the doses in the following order:
10 mg -- half-hour before workout with a meal
10mg --- 3 hours after first dose
10 mg-- 3 hours after second dose
10 mg---3 hours after third dose
---- i figure this allows me to contain steady blood/ anobolic levels for 12 hours...... Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds about right to me. You are correct in your assumption that spreading the dose will keep blood levels up.
Are you doing any other AS with the Dbol ?

i took 10mg every 4 hrs..4 times a day

yeah every four hours is fine 4x per day

every 4 hours and I even set an alarm clock in the middle of the night cause that's when you grow the most...when your sleeping. I'll do 2am, 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm ect ect ect

I'm, also taking 500 mg Test ( T-400 + 100mg Cyp) and 400 mg EQ...
I just started 2 days ago.... I plan to be on the d-ball for 5 weeks.... then I might switch to Halost if I'm not to happy with the strength gains...
Jersey Juice --- Do U maintain a 24 hour split program ? The program I have set up (40 mg day divided by 4 equal doses) provides only a 12 hour split.... Is a twenty four hour split better i.e---
Should I divide the 40 mg a day by 8 equal doses: making it 5 mg of D-ball every 3 hours?!!! I mean that probably would make for an ideal 24 hour coverage but wouldn't the dosage be too little make an anbolic effect?

No, split it up to maintain even levels in your blood don't worry it will start to snowball and you'll get large. 24 hour split is perfect IMO because it's always in your bloodstream.

i go against the norm here i guess. ive tried splitting them evenly throughout the day, but i found i get better results when i take them split into 2 doses about 12 hours apart. i also dont hold as much water off them when i dose them this way.
and yes i still grow like crazy...............hehe.

i split 50mg in 3 doses....25 before i work out and 12.5mg in the morning and 12.5 in the evening...only been doing it for about 10 days but have made nice gains and the extra kick in the gym is nice

Speard them out as evenly as you can over the whole day. Keep them blood levels even!
