Dbol,Caffiene and Protein Synthysis
Starting cycle tomorrow. I am trying to figure out how i am going to spread out 5 10mg dbol tabs throughout the day. I get up every morning at 5:00am I know this truely sucks. I was told that caffiene interfers with protein synthysis. My question is would it be ok to take one tab first thing in the morning since i drink a cup of coffee or should i wait a couple of hours after the coffee to start my daily doses? I don't want to compromise my gear in any way. By the way this will not be a dbol only cyle i will also be running enanthate and deca .

I sometimes take a pill with my coffee in the morning. Just make sure you spread the dose out throughout the day.

bro where did you hear that caffiene interferes with protien synthesis? i've heard of it interfering with how creatine works, but never protien? i hope not cos i live on that sh#t man- Red Bull before every session!

caffeine wont disrupt protein syn unless your slamming caffeine pills constantly.

NO--^^ That's ridicolous. I've heard that a little caffeine helps to fuel muscle in fact. But too much just like anything else can lead to side effects. Caffeine in high dosages will give effects of jitters, high heart beat/irregular heart beat, increased body temperature (good thing) and tweaked nervous system. Obviously caffeine is ten times weaker than ephedrine, but it still gives these effects if you cycle it and don't use it as much.
I hear you with getting up at 5am, I gotta get up at 6am for work and it sucks. But that's life, you work till you die.
