Need Help Pleaaaaaaase!!!!!
Current cylce is 875mg enanthate weekly, 600mg deca weekly, 50 mg dbol ed. My problem is i CANNOT sleep. I am getting maybe 4 hrs sleep a night. I CANNOT function on this. Is it the dbol causing this? I have tried melatonin, unisom, benedryl, and even goodies pm whatever i take it still takes me about 2 hrs to get to sleep + I wake up about an hour before i have to be up which is 5:00am. Any input on what i can do would GREATLY be appreciated. Also what is causing this?

that is a serious answer. Not only will it help you sleep but it helps with blood flow. More blood flow=more gains.

Remeron. I think it is an anti-depressant but is prescribed alot for sleep problems. My doc prescribed it for me for the same reason, I couldn't get to sleep and once I did I couldn't stay asleep. It has worked great for me. It works fast not like other AD,s that take 4-6 weeks, It works the same night you take it. Just a thought.

Also too you should make sure you dont take any naps during the day until bedtime. I used to take a nap between work and school then be up all night. When I cut the naps I slept all night. I would not reccommend taking sleeping aids because you become dependent even if you dont know it and when its time to stop you'lln really be up all night. Also make your room pitch black and try ear plugs.

ive had this same problem on the current cycle im on, which is tren , dbol , deca and test e. i wouldn't recommend sleeping pills, cause it is possible to become addicted to them. this may sound dumb, but when i cant sleep il get up and read something boring, like my physics book until i feel like i cant keep my eyes open.

Yeah i stay away from stuff like valium and ambien nowdays. My doses just kept getting higher as my resistance was built up. I get away with melatonin but last night I was up at 4:30 with my stomach growling. Drank a shake and did some reading on AR and went back to bed.
