    Strengthening Ligaments

    Is there any medication, I would imagine it would be a steroid that will strengthen ligaments along side with physical therapy? Also if there are does anyone have any medical studies you could post a link to. What about HGH also? Thanks for all and any replies.

    I am just in a rush to strengthen some ligaments in both my ankles, because I am leaving soon for the military and I am going to see a specialist but I need to be able to exercise and get alot more fit quick, because I have to take a physical test before i even goto basic and I have messed up ankles(colored) right now from rolling over that they never used to do.

    Supplement stores have the msm/glucosimine products that are good for repairing ligaments....maybe not as quickly as you would like but i know i lost the click in my ancle after taking it in liquid form for about a week....

    Yeah its not a clicking its a .... ligament sprain rolling over if i try to do 1 suicide

    I think your sol bro ligaments are Avascular. They get very little blood flow and nutritent supply. Gluclose, chon, msm is all bs imho. First oral bioavability is horrible and second like i said ligaments are avascular so even if they did reach blood supply they are worthless. My only suggestion is to ice them strech them and work them out. I read somewhere that var has some tendon building effects but youll have to look into that one.
