I have a quick question. I know the normal dosage is :

25mg ephedrine
200 mg caffeine
80mg asprin

but how many times do i take this dosage per day?

As many as you can physiologically tolerate, up to the maximum per 24hr period ceiling of 100mgs of Ephedrine.

In other words, if you can tolerate 4 full servings a day, according to the manufacturer's warning label, you can do so.

I suggest you increase slowly and purchase some empty caps for half or 1/3 doses also. Taking too much, too fast is very dangerous.
