    Clen effective

    Is it effective to take Clen at 20-40 mg daily for 6 weeks staright.
    I know thats its a dumb question but hey....

    Waste of time. Maybe for a woman at that dose, but even then it's still on the low end. If you're running clen for that long use benadryl as well.

    I assume you mean mcg. That is really low. Im doin 100mcg a day right now for 6 weeks..ill tell ya how it goes

    120mcgs is the norm, many run 160-180, some 200, few 220, very few higher than that (and they're usually veterans).

    I think Chest meant 100mcg ED. 100mcg per week wouldn't even equal 20mcg per day.

    dammit..i incorrectly corrected someone. Thanks for pointing that out. I was wondering why I was questioned in my own thread. Yes, 100mcg every day. Wow..I need another nap I guess.
