I am going to start a 75 set per day,

Day 1: upper body.
Day 2: lower body.
Day 3: upper body.
Day 4: lower body.
Day 5: upper body.
Day 6: lower body.

This is from the arnolds encyclopedia too.
Anybody know how many cals, protein, carbs, etc? i should eat?
