post workout drink
is this a good post workout meal
80g Maltodextrin
whey protein
Creatine
Glutamine
mix with water
Drink it 10 minutes after workout
I know wrong forum cant get answers any were else

sounds pretty good, but i would take the glutamine before working out as its important for your joints, but thats just me
before or after might not make a difference for some
any shake with about 40+ (ps) protein should be good

i like a maltodextrin/dextrose combo personally...with protein, creatine
my protein has 4g glutamine per scoop (2 scoop = 8g) so i've been layin off the extra glut. gonna save it for spring time i guess...
