    Deca Shot Intervals

    Hi all,

    I am currently on a cycle of 4ml = 400mg deca per week. I would just like to know if its better to take all 4ml in one day, eg. split up into two 2ml shots, or is it better to do 2ml one day and 2ml halfway through the week, ie. something like 2ml every half week. Does it make any difference?
