Quick PCT question

I'm starting PCT tomorrow coming off the back of my first cycle - Test Enth 500mg a week for 12 weeks. I have clomid and Nolva on hand. I can't remember exatly how to dose them for the best. I think it was 300mg of clomid on the first day, then 100mg for 10 days and then 50mg for another 10 days. 40mg of nolva for 2 weeks and then 20mg for the next 2 weeks. Doses per day of course.
I also wanted to ask, how do you dose the daily amounts? spread evenly throughout the day or all at once?

I like to take my clomid at night, mostly because it can make me such and emotional biatch. But it is really a thing of preference as they both have long enough half-lives to be taken without great concern as to time of day.
