    Deca & Test vs. Deca & Dbol. Which is More Effective?

    Hey guys...
    If you could choose between a Deca /Test Cycle vs. a Deca/Dbol cycle, which would you choose for an 8-10 week summer cycle and what mgs/week?

    Deca /Test is far better for keeping gains.

    250-500mg/week of Test
    200-400mg/week of Deca

    Cant we pick all three?

    I have done quite a few deca and test cycles, and Ajax is quite right that you will keep gains from that very well, however I usually start the cycle off with some DBol as well!

    I think it would feel kind of funny starting a cycle without my lovely DBol!

    Test and deca would be the better of the two. Split the injections up to twice a week for stable concentrations of hormone. That should help better your gains.

    test at 500mgs per week
    dbol 30mgs a day
