big guys help a brotha
I have been using 500mg Enath, and 4oomg Deca for many cycles now for at least 12 week cycles. I am 5'9 190 I look great when I take my shirt off but nobody notices me unless I do. I want a cycle that will help me get huge and have people ask me if I work out even with clothes on..help me

No one can 'give you a cycle to get huge'. Getting 'huge' depends on so many variables...usually indentified by the questions above

There is no 1 cycle that is gonna get u huge quick... even with aas, diet, rest, and a great training regimen it takes time...

Try eating lots and lots of food along with concentrating on the basic movments exercises like bench, squat and deadlift? ..supplementing with bulking compounds like "creatine" :P

until then try wearing 3 jumpers 2 get that big look...ha just follow the above guidence and u should see some better gains it takes time and effort if there was some kind ov miricle growth we"d al be on it good look

ive been trying to figure out a cycle that would give me the results your looking for, and i think ive finally come up with a good plan. you could try this
weeks 1-5: 75 mgs dbol ed
weeks 3-13: 70 mgs tren acetate eod
weeks 5-13: 250 mgs sustanon eod
this cycle combined with 60 grams protein, 70 grams complex carbs, and half a cup of sunflower seeds every 3 hours should cause dramatic gains. its too bad though cause i have to wait until may to run this.

190 lbs is not huge for 5'9. You'll look good in shirt if you put on another 10 to 20 pounds. I'm 5'9 too but I weigh 210+ and I noticed the difference after I crossed the 200 pound limit.
