Redness with Gyno?

I have a lump just under my right pec that has some redness to it. Last Thursday I did my first pec injection. I did it in my upper chest could this be from the injection? Does gyno ever have any redness to it? I know sometimes when I inject in my shoulder it is red a puffy way under where I actually injected is that what this is?

The lump will be behind your nipple.... so if it's at the bottom of your peck it something else.
