Vasopro
Hey fellas, im gunna be getting two bottles of vasopro soon and plan on taking two doses a day of 25mg of ephedrine a day, how far apart should i spread then and what kinda exercise/cardio should i do to loose the last few pounds of fat around my waist. I dont want to loose to much LM either tho, so any input would help, i also have protein shake and some L Glut. thanks guys

What you want it seems is an ECA stack, I forget what the vasopro is dosed at, but I did 1 tab 3 times daily with 200mg caffeine and 325mg Aspirin. 5am before cardio, 11 am before lifting and 5 Pm last dose of the day. 45 mi of med intensity(no high intesity like running) every morning before you eat will help with fat lyposis but your diet will determine how much lbm you retain. 325mg of asprin 3x day is crazy. get yourself the baby asprin 81mg. or/and add some yohimbine HCL.

I used to do
25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffine, 100mg asprin, spread out three times daily.
6am
12am
3pm(early enough so I could still sleep)
That worked well.
I also use that when I am off cycling clen .

100 mg a day for me. 25 in a.m. 50 before workout, then 25 late afternoon. if i skate early its 50 first then 25,25.

I just picked up some No Dose, 200 mg caffeine. Ill take that with the 25 mg vasopro (ephedrine HCL) im not gunna take the aspirin cuz i dont wanna have to worry about stomache bleeding and such. ny suggestions for my cardio, high intensity short span or low intensity longer? thanks fellas
