    test deca and d-bol's

    doe's any one know how to take this cycle the right way?????

    I've been taking deca at once a week for 3 weeks now and starting test-e on friday and been taking d-bol's at 4 a day....??????

    what do you guy's think???????

    without knowing anything about u it's hard...
    but this is what i did

    week 1-15 test e 500mg/week
    week 1-12 deca 400mg/week
    week 1-4 dbol 30mg ed

    got good results.... but i also extended the test to week 20....

    is this your first cycle? how old are u?

    anyhow id run it like this:

    weeks1-4: 30-40mg of dbol e/d
    weeks1-11: 300-400mg of deca e/w
    weeks1-12: 500mg of test e/w

    2 weeks after last test shot start PCT

    OOOFAA!!!!! U have to do some research before u inject anything into your body bro... U have to have your diet and training down cold before u start taking gear... u also need to research 1st time beginner cycles and pct...

    pct=post cycle therapy to get your body back to normal (hormonaly speaking). For example: 2 weeks after a test e cycle, you would start with say nolva and clomid. Read, read, read.

    stop doing any type of AAS right away. You need to know everything cycle lenght, what your putting in your body, diet training PCT. these are powerful things to put in your body and not know about them. Its like a car, you wouldn't put oil in the gas tank b/c you know thats wrong, well your putting the oil in the tank now. This is not a flame at you just a helpful tip. This is the best place to go for anything and everything read, ask and research lots of great guys here that love to help.......welcome aboard
