    anabol and dynabol

    I just started using steroids this year. I have been stacking sustanon 250 with Deca . I gained about 40 lbs. so far. Recently, I got a bottle of Anabol and a bottle of Dynabol from a friend who traveled outside the country. I am having a hard time learning the best way to use them for the best gaines. Any help?

    there used to jump start the first 4 weeks of a cycle.
