    giz ur advise

    ok ive got 25 days left until the end v my course ..ive got 20 sus and 20 test propinate the day ,i take the sus eod s wat would be the best way 2 run the prop and at wat mg and wat day .the days i took the sus i was just going 2 add 70 mg becouse the sus has 30 in there and the days i dnt use sus 100mg but wat is the best way...plz help
