    T3 Dosage

    What is the best way to determine the proper T3 dosage.

    I am fairly certain that the only way to determine is by way of trial and error. Research around to find out what most people take and they give it a go. Be conservative on how you go about this.

    Also remember your PCT for Thyroid.

    That all depends man, are you on a cycle, what are your stats, goals?? t3 can mess up your thyroid if misused.

    BlownSC helped me with this, and he recommended taking your temp upon waking every day. said if i get into the high 98s, then i should reduce the dosage because it had the potential to be to catabolic...try searching around some more about it, and see what you find

    and by the way, i took it through my whole cycle recently (first time using it), and i was not really impressed with it at all...

    Monitor your BBT before hand, and during usage. Ramp up with ~25mcg increments, and see how your BBT reacts... aim for mid 98's...
