    would zinc and b6...

    would 100mg of zinc and 400mg b6 be enough to stop m1t gyno?

    Zinc will not do any thing for gyno and 100mg of zinc is alot...research says that over 60mg can have a negative effect on your immune system, even though most zinc tablets you buy are 50mg which is close to that (I break them in half). As for the B6 I doubt it. M1T doesnt stimulate progestrones* as it effects estrogen. I would use Rebound XT for it that will probably work very well. hope that helps

    Follow Powerhouse's good advice.
    200mg of Vitamin B6 is most I have ever seen used (for tren or deca prolactin gyno). You have to be careful not to overdose B6 because it can cause nerve damage.
