should i kick in EQ???

my first cycle,contest cycle,

1-8 week sust250 250mg every four days,
1-8week deca 200mg every four days,
7-12week winnydepot 100mg EOD,

now i am at week 4,and i can get enouagh EQ,i dont know how to kick in EQ???i hear that EQ is better for contest than deca???

Wait on the EQ for next cycle. It takes 4 weeks to kick in so you'd be getting ready to come off when it's just starting to kick in.

Stick with what you have on this one, get the EQ for next time.

I see a problem with your cycle though, I hope you are planning on following up with clomid, (If not, you will hate yourself) If you are doing clo. your running your winny four weeks after your last inj. You have to start Clomid three weeks after your last sust,and deca inj. So you have to start your winny a week earlier and run it only to week 11. Start your Clo. three days after your last winny. (which in turn will be three weeks from your last inj.)

Just like they said - wait for the next cycle. Theres no point mixing Deca and Eq, in my opinion.

thanx,i am now on arimix 0.25mg EOD.
my Contest is at the end of week 12,
i will end the winny at week 11,and run clomid at week12,300,100,50,

wont he be retaining from the sust and a little at least from the deca ? i thought precontest was like tren , winny, eq, halo, masteron ,clomid, slin, gh, etc..?
