They cant shut down labs in another country! Selling the steroids without prescription is legal in mexico, and the government there is likely to do nothing. They are trying to bring the owners of the labs to the US for trial and prosecution though, since they trafficed the AAS into the US.

The US cant shut them down per se. Its not their jurisdiction. Yet since the US and mexico, amongts many other countries, have an understanding(MoU) and cooperate in matters that concern both seperate and independant entities.
