    Nolva during or not? Confused.....

    Test c 500mg@weekx10weeks

    I keep hearing that using nolva during cycle could potentially lessen gains made. Now Ive done a fair amount of reading but, I realy dont know if this is true or not. I mean, its better than getting gyno right? I just keep hearin both ways. Any opinions?

    im trying to figure the same thing out? from what im hearing some sort of anti e run at a low dose may not hinder gains. such as 10mg nolva ed. letro however im hearing can hinder ur gains. i plan on running 10mg nolva ed for my cycle and keeping ldex on hand in case my deca really has me holding lots of water then i'll run it if needed or jus run it at .25mg ed for my pct along with 20mg nolva and 100mg clomid all for 30 days

    Yea I got the clomid/a-dex/nolva but, like I said, I just keep hearing contradicting statements as to how it should be used (during and/or PCT).

    Thats exactly what I planned on doing if I am not convinced otherwise completely.

    130 nolv
    60 clomid
    only 14 a-dex though
