Diet/Training while on?
I am currently on a m/w/f split, each bodypart once per week. You guys think I should increase my volume or frequency while on? Any rough estimate of how many sets?
What kinda ratio yall think I should follow on? Im thinking 400-500g pro/200-350g carbs/50-75g fat but, Im no expert on diet.
