Need Some Expert Advice
Hello everyone, hows it going. I'm new here, and just wanted to know some things. I am 15 years old, been working out for a bout a year now, and i do not take steroids , and not planning on it, but wanted to know what i could take to get bigger faster, other than steroids. I take muscle milk, but ti doesnt seem to be doing the trick. I play football and run track, and I workout when im not playing sports. I've been really dedicating myself to the gym, and i was wondering what supplements i could use to get big. Any ideas? thanks a

It's all what you eat.
If your diet is on you don't need a "supplement"
Protein shakes work well for those extra grams.

there are a million supplement stores that will swear by all of their products and muscle milk is a really good protein IMO...but just keep working out hard,sleeping properly,and eating enough calories (good food not mcdonalds 40 times a day) and creatine a lot of beginners use...i always prefered liquid because i got less bloated but a lot of people might disagree

Old school...............every meal you eat (3 hours apart) should be accompanied by a protein drink. Drink lot's of water to help flush kidneys.

supplements dont get you big, lots and lots of quality food does. Check out the diet forum, but you should be eating every 2-3 hours. Here's a good read for yuo

When i was your age i was an extremely hard gainer, and with all the sports i played, like you, it made it tough to gain weight. but everyone so far has been right. you need to eat and eat and eat, peanut butter and jelly with milk right before bed, and creatine worked great for me.
