    pct

    im in 4th week of pct... was wodering would it be safe to lower cals a lil bit now?

    does anyone know if it would be ok to lower cals a bit in the middle of the 4th week of PCT... sick of eating soo much

    yea its fine, your not gonna get hurt from it. just remember- carbs=energy, protein=weight, try to keep a good high protein/carb- low fat diet, and your gains will stay with you.
