Training just chest and arms, that is such a turkish thing to do man, i feel sorry for yah and yer i know ozkan, ZAMBIDIS kicked his ass twice i believe yer, that's right. Look man i'll b frank don't even bother going to the gym and stick to your kickboxing that is the best thing you can do. But if u are going to train at a gym, within two days but u could train legs, shoulders and chest on one day and then arms, back the other day or something like that.

You can still make great gains training 2 days a week. One workout do bench and deadlift and the next squat.

personally i think if the guy doesnt have a sound training schedual and cant figure it out then he has no ****ing idea about the juice and will wind up making more trouble and giving people more of a chance in saying its bad for you. what a dumb motherfuker

Here is my advise: Ifi could only train two days a week
1). I would workout my chest , my triceps, and shoulders on one day
2). I would workout my back , my biceps and legs on the other day
Doing chest and arms only is not a great idea. Try to do 3 sets of each so that time allows. As far as taking roids, thats up to you. I would if i worked out every body part in the two days.

since thats all I train , I dont care what anybody says , I still have people telling me I look good ,I say do what you want , dont even ask questions on here anymore , all people want to do is flame , and those are mostly the husky guys who think that there all cut up ,and in reality I see them and I just think there fat. I read alot of post on here , but I say listen to pinnacle and swolecat , and bask8kace , those are some smart people to take advice from
