200 should not be that bad. for me I dont get lethargic and only seem to sweat when I sleep.
I would run it ed. make sure you drink LOTS of water

as far as I know, the fat burning effects do not stop. I would be more conserned with how toxic the stuff is.
20 days at 200 gave me a loss of about 15lbs. side effects did not bother me to much untill 400 and I did that for 5 weeks (another cycle)
this stuff is harsh! and I would recomend that you do some serious research before you start. it can be done safely but there is lots to know.
I believe HOOKER has some great info about the stuff

EOD will work but it wont be as productive.
Ive actually read am article somewhere where patients were alternating from 150mg and 250mg ach day because they found that 250ED was to much (these people were severely obese and this method was employed for fat loss over a period of about 8 months)

big mistake people can make on dnp is to go low carb. That is not how dnp works. It uses carbs to burn, hence heatin up the body. It will not work on protein or fats alone. If you keep a diet really low in carb, in a say, you will burn out the flame, meaning you will be taking dnp for nothing..... keep a regular maintenance kcal diet i always do, as you will still burn bf regardless.
as for dosage, 200mgs is mild to most, it will do wonders for a first time user, but when you get in to low bf levels, as i have noted, it gets harder to burn requireing higher dosages.
